As the Founder President, I, Molla Sumsur Rahman Shahin, am proud to lead an organization that brings together the hardworking fish, shrimp, and fry producers of our nation. FOAB was established with a vision to empower rural communities, create employment, support women entrepreneurs, and contribute to the socio-economic growth of Bangladesh through sustainable aquaculture.

Since our founding, we have remained committed to protecting the interests of farmers and ensuring traceability, quality, and transparency in fish production. With the support of our valued members and collaboration with key government and private stakeholders, FOAB continues to play a vital role in advancing the fish and shrimp sector—both locally and globally.
